app.listen() loads every action from the actionsDirectory given to new AwaitIO() and starts the server; a missing folder stops it. Call it once.
server.ts
listen() returns a promise of the Node http.Server, resolved once the port is open. If the port is taken, the promise rejects and listen() can be called again. app.close() stops the server and cancels every running action.
